I have 4 accounts at the same bank. All of them use to download from the vault one step update. Now for no known reason 2 of the accounts that are my business checking and savings no longer update. What happened and how do I get it back on track?
When you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" & "Financial Institution" columns across from these accounts? What grouping are they in (Personal Spending, Personal Credit, etc)?
When you click HELP, About Quicken, what shows as the Q product you're running and it's RELEASE?
Are they set up with the same login info or different logins?
What is the connection method?
Thank you both for attempting to help. I still have not been able to fix the problem. The one step update brings in the correct online balance for all four accounts but only brings in the transactions for 2 of the 4 accounts. How can it be accessing the account balances and showing them in quicken but not bringing in the transactions since December?
