NEW 4/9/26 PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto - Missing Transactions

We are seeing reports of users experiencing missing transactions when connecting PayPal Credit, MasterCard and Crypto accounts. The accounts successfully connect and the balance is correct, but there are no new transactions being downloaded despite standard troubleshooting steps.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
