Adding new category of accounts

I wish to split my investment accounts into to sub-categories.
It doesn't seem to be able to be done in quicken deluxe.
I have started each account that I want to group by adding a 1st letter (i.e. Z) to each subaccount. Then, I paste the account report into a spreadsheet where I can use a template to total the subaccounts.
Any better Ideas.

Quicken 2007 for Windows used a set of files all named the same with these extensions:
Quicken 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009
- QDF (primary file)
- QEL
- QPH
- IDX
You need to make sure that you copied ALL of those files and put them all in the same folder.
