Synchrony/PayPal MasterCard (again)
I am getting an accurate downloaded balance with OSU for my PayPal Mastercard (administered by Synchrony Bank)—but no transactions download. This seems to happen every few months, especially between my payment due date and my statement close date (7 business day gap per Synchrony). Can anyone explain what's going on between Quicken, Synchrony, PayPal and the intermediaries involved?

While both products are under the Quicken umbrella, Quicken Simplifi and Quicken Classic use different connection methods and aggregation systems, which can sometimes result in one working while the other is experiencing issues.

I have the same issue. This is a HUGE problem and needs to be addressed quickly! There are no reasonable excuses for this happening, particularly after it has worked at least reasonably well for a long time. Please produce a fix quickly for your loyal, long time (over 20 years) customers.

I understand how frustrating this is.
This issue with PayPal/Synchrony transactions not downloading in Quicken Classic is a known issue that has already been escalated and is currently under investigation. At this time, there isn’t an ETA available, but it is actively being worked on.
While I know that’s not the resolution you’re looking for, the best place to stay informed on progress is the Community Alert linked earlier in this thread. Any updates or changes will be posted there as soon as they become available.
