I have a re-namimg rule for transactions such as this
The rule is:
But the transaction is never renamed to Jeni Figuero. I have deleted and reentered the rule but the problem persists.
Any idea why this is happening?
Renaming only happens when a transaction is 1st downloaded … not after it's been recorded in an account, which it seems has been the case in your example.
Was that renaming rule in place before the download?
For transactions that have already been recorded, look at EDIT, Find/Replace
This renaming rule was in place before this download and it has happened before. Any ideas why the renaming rule did not work?
I have used Find/replace but hope a solution can be found to prevent it

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To troubleshoot, please start by navigating to Edit > Preferences > Downloaded Transactions, then check the "Your renaming rules" section.
If the checkboxes aren't checked, then please check them and click OK.

These options are already checked yet the issue occurred. Other ideas?
Immediately after a new transaction for Jeny F. was downloaded contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. Support will most likely ask you to download some log files, for escalation to higher support levels.
