I have been trying to reactivate my online update for checking acct. on Bank of America, I have gone through the setup steps to connect to the bank's website and reauthorize data to share with the Quicken program. After I get a validate code from the bank, I enter it and click share data with Quicken. The page, program, goes to a spinning circle, and to make the final settings, I think, but the Quicken program just sits and does not go any further; I can't even go back to the register or even resize the window. The program freezes up. I have to use the task manager to get out of the program.
I have tried to have chat line tech help me. They say to wait 2 days before trying to reauthorize the account again, but I didn't get any help from them. I went to the second pc in the house and tried to set up the same Quicken program, and all worked fine on that pc, how do I solve this on the laptop that worked {One step update} for the last year?
