Citicards won't download since Quicken last Quicken update on 3/18/26

Question

I haven't been able to download my 2 Citicards, including Costco VISA, since 3/18/26 (the last Quicken update). The last time I called Quicken I was referred to an April 2025 issue. It is now a YEAR after that.

I have the latest version of Windows & Quicken

I haven't used Citicards for a long time because of frequent connection issues.

For the last 1-1/2 years I have been using the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi without any significant issues.  It works with my two Citi credit cards (Costco Visa, Citi Strata MC) and others have posted that it works with other Citi credit cards, as well.

What it won't work with is most of the Citi Retail Services credit cards, such as the Citi Thank You MC.  Most of the Retail Services credit cards have their own download setup links.

You might want to try connecting your Citi credit cards using this Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi setup link.  You will need to manually select that from the Add Account menu.

You will also want to make sure to backup your data file and then make sure your Citi credit cards first deactivated before proceeding.  And when the data is downloaded make sure to LINK it to the accounts you already have in Quicken.

First  off,  we're other users, and have no access to  your  Case info.

2nd, I'm not having any problem  downloading from CitiCards

So, why don't you tell us HERE what's happening. Include any error messages or codes you've received, what actions you've previously taken and your Q Product, Release and "Subscription Valid thru" date along. This info is at HELP, About Quicken.

Also include your "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" info from TOOLS, Account List

Lastly, this is your first post in this forum, so we can't even look-up prior posts that you've made.
