Barclays to Citi transition

Question

I cannot set up the Citi card that came over from Barclays.  I am using the correct user name and password,  but Quicken returns USER NAME/PASSWORD NOT CORRECT.   I can sign in to my account on Citi's website with the USER NAME/PASSWORD I used to sign in on Quicken.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I've already made that transition.

Try changing your "Default browser" to  Chrome  or Edge.  Firefox, my default, wouldn't work until I ade the switch, and then switched back after the setup.

Also, are there any special characters in your UID or PWD? If so, which?  Some aren't allowed.

* Which connection option are you using in Quicken to connect the account?
* Are you seeing the error message in the Quicken program, or are you seeing it when prompted to authorize the connection with Citi?
* What process are you following when you try to connect the account with Citi?
* Since this is a newly transferred account, did you have to do anything to set up online access to the account on Citi's website?
