TruNorth Bank Connection Issues

I am unable to connect to TruNorth Bank using One Step Update. I have call Quicken Support multiple time and have gone through all the suggested steps. The result I get is that "we are unable to connect to TruNorth Bank". There is no error code. I have also called the bank and they have no suggestions. Any suggestions here?
