Quicken Mobile App: No Longer Displaying A List of Categories Associated With A Payee When Adding

Hello. About 8 months ago the Quicken App (IOS) started acting strangely. Or at least different from historically. For example, when I enter a new transaction and type in the Payee, only the most recent category associated with that Payee shows up. Previously, it would give me a list of used categories for that Payee.

In addition, Payees seem to stop being remembered after a short period of time, several months, rather than 12 month.

The result is inconsistency and additional effort. I have checked all the settings and can't seem to get the app to act like it did previously.

Any suggestions?
