Where is on-line backup file stored in windows? So I can access it to start Quicken from another PC without worrying about being sure I have current backup all the time. That is why I bought the on-line backup.
To be clear, the online backup files are saved on Quicken-based servers, not on your computer. So you can easily access them from and restore them to whatever computer you are using that has Quicken Classic installed on it.
P.S. I.see how to restore to same PC Quicken if file corrupted but not how to actually locate/see file to transfer to another PC.
On your Quicken desktop, there is a little cloud icon in the right end of the title bar (top of page), with a small up arrow pointing into the cloud. Click that icon to see your cloud backups, and to restore if necessary.
You can also store your backup files on Microsoft OneDrive or Microsoft OneDrive Personal Vault. Both of which are cloud storage.

How do I backup my files
to Quicken cloud
@Peglou Which Q product are you running and what Version of that product? This info is at HELP, About Quicken. Also. in that dialog, what's your "Subscription Valid until date …"?
And, have you purchased the Q Cloud backup add-on? https://www.quicken.com/lp/online-backup/1/
I am running a program from 2018 . I think I have the cloud backup but not sure. I subscribe each yr so I should have it.
I am having computer issues and I feel that is the reason I cannot open my file. Can you help me open my program and retreive my data. Also, I am in Windows 10 which may be causing some of these issues. My computer isn't capable of Windows 11.
