Price day change for some indices

The Russell 2000 (IUX) and MSCI Emerging Markets Index Option S (INDEX:EFS) do not show a price day change, even though there is price history. All the other indices do.

Why, and can it be fixed.

Quicken Classic for Windows, current version.

Thank you for reporting the issue you are seeing.

I have some follow-up questions for you:

• How long has this issue been happening?
  • Has the price day change ever been present for these?
• Do you have other securities of the same type that are updating without issue?
  • If so, does the price day change in Quicken match what you see on the bank's website?
• Where is your data file located?
  • You can see this by going to File. Near the bottom of the menu, the file labeled "1" with a checkmark next to it is the file you are currently in. The full file path should be listed there, and that is what we are looking for.
• Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party software, such as OneDrive, Dropbox, or Carbonite?
