Why are all post regarding this issue closed?? It has been going on since LAST DECEMBER and still not fixed!!
The Moderators close discussions if there has been no activity for a month or so. I see there was quite a lot of activity through May, but nothing since then.
To keep a discussion open, you and others who are experiencing the problem need to post every month and ask for an update. If a discussion has been closed and you are still experiencing the problem, you can start a new discussion, summarize the issue, and include a link like this.
Also I see that the Alert for this issue is still open but there have not been any updates recently
Thanks for the reply Jim. I do find it odd that it is up to us to post every month and ask for an update. We didn't close the discussion, the moderators did. And until there is a fix I don’t know how it could be closed. I think people got tired of bitching with no results other than the standard: “Our teams are aware of and investigating the issue. There is currently no ETA as to when this issue will be resolved. To be notified of updates as they become available, please click the bookmark ribbon located in the upper right. If you do not see the bookmark ribbon, please make sure that you are signed into the Quicken Community.”
I feel it should be their responsibility to keep the posts open and update them monthly regarding when this will be fixed. There have been several Quicken updates since this problem (which ironically occurred because of an update) developed and still no result. I still cannot invoice properly. It is costing me time and money.

@Dave Sheppit Whether a post is open, or closed, in this forum has absolutely NOTHING to do with it's status at development.
If there's no activity for a month, a thread gets closed … it's that simple.
If you originated the ticket, you'll be notified when there's an update … just not necessarily here.
And, issues don't get remedied based upon your priority. Some, Q can't remedy at all, because the FI caused the issue and the FI needs to fix it. Other issues are just sufficiently complicated that they take longer to research and address.
When I was in systems, prior to Audit, there was an issue that took me 3 years before I was able to prove that the system feeding mine was the cause.
