I am getting a similar error only in the Windows version of Quicken. When I try to update my transactions at Baird, they updated on Friday, July 17, 2026. I have been trying since yesterday and get the same error and verbage only the error code in the windows version is OL-304-A. Is this the same issue?
I just tried updating my Quicken file and got the same error message about Baird. Version R68.31 build 27.1.68.31
I have not changed anything, and everything updated on 7/13/26

Same messages received as above—financial institution doesn't recognize the accounts. I reported it to Baird but it would be good if Quicken reported that their users are having issues as well. Might get addressed more quickly.
Just received an update from Baird that they are aware of the issue and hope to have it resolved this afternoon (July 20.)
Hello @lcfillo, @sundaze, & @ljhhdtv,

To troubleshoot the OL-304 error, please backup your Quicken file and follow these instructions from our article on OL-304 errors:
If you've not yet applied for online services
Contact your financial institution to apply for online services. You may need to apply separately for each service. For example: online transaction download and online bill payment. After your bank has set up your services, follow the instructions below to deactivate and reactivate online services for the account in Quicken that is generating the error.
If your account has been closed
This error can also occur if an account has been closed at a financial institution, but its Quicken account remains active.
A common scenario is when a credit card is lost or stolen and has been intentionally cancelled to protect against fraudulent charges. While waiting for the new card to arrive, error OL-304 occurs every time you try to update the account in Quicken. The easiest thing to do is to simply ignore the error until the replacement credit card arrives and then follow the instructions below to deactivate and reactivate online services for the account. If you have intentionally cancelled a credit card and you do not want to reactivate it, simply stop after completing Step 6 below.
Deactivate and reactivate online services for the account
