The problem in this discussion is not resolved. The last post by me, asking a question of Anja, was not answered. This is still an ongoing problem. I cannot activate one-step update for my credit card with Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union. Please reopen it.

I know that there has been no activity on that discussion for a month. That is because there has been no progress on the problem. Why is that?

I have periodically tried to activate without success.

Thank you for following up. I completely understand your frustration with this issue remaining unresolved.

I also want to clarify that the thread being closed does not mean that the investigation has been closed. Threads are closed after 30 days without activity.

I reviewed investigation ticket CTP-17393, and it remains open. Our team is actively working with Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union and the aggregation service provider to investigate and resolve the issue. At this time, the issue appears to be on the provider’s side, and unfortunately, we do not yet have an estimated time for resolution.

Because resolving this issue requires coordination between Quicken, the aggregation service provider, and the financial institution, there are multiple parties involved. This can add complexity and affect the time needed to reach a resolution.

Please know that the issue has not been forgotten or set aside. We understand how frustrating it is to continue dealing with this problem, and we appreciate your patience while our teams continue working with the financial institution toward a resolution.

If we receive any new information or an update on the investigation, we’ll be sure to update this thread.

I appreciate the response. However, although it has been a while since I contacted Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union (my contact is Victor Hammarin), the last time I did, he said they were waiting to be contacted by either Intuit (aggregation service provider) or Quicken. He also said that if he was contacted, he would let me know and he has not do so.

Has anyone contacted Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union to work this issue?

Or is the plan to upgrade MAFCU's connection from EWC to EWC+ making any fix to EWC obsolete and, therefore, not worth pursuing? If so, when is the upgrade planned for?
