Doesn't Detect/Categorize Returns

Extension does not appear to detect and categorize returns. With Amazon, there are frequent returns being made; so the failure to detect the returns is throwing off my reporting. Spend against categories is artificially high since the returns are not offsetting the spend. If I'm going to have to manually review and categorize returns, it's easier to just do everything manually. Until returns are detected, the extension is of no good use to me.

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this! When you process the returns with Amazon, are you receiving the refund as store credit, or are the funds being returned to your payment method?

If you're receiving the refund as store credit, that would explain why Quicken isn't able to detect and categorize them.

According to our help article, Quicken cannot match orders paid entirely with Amazon gift cards or store credit because no charge posts to a linked account.
