Will Quicken for Mac work with the New Golden Gate macOS Tahoe 27 with a Silicon Processor? I am running a 2024 iMac with an M4 Processor — macOS 26.6.2. I am using Quicken for Mac, Release Version 9.2.1 (Build 902.61841.100).

Great question! When doing some research, I found an answer to your question, and the answer is yes, it will, providing that you are running the latest silicon processor.

@barjo65 Users who have been running the Golden Gate beta have reported no current issues with Quicken Mac 9.2. That said, Golden Gate hasn't been released yet, so there's always the possibility of some late bug creeping in, but it's unlikely at this point. Quicken Mac has always been tested on and run cleanly on each new fall release of macOS, so you shouldn't have any concerns.
(That said, I never understand why so many people want to jump on a new operating system on Day One without giving it a little time for any problem reports to surface and a bug fix release to come out before jumping on the bandwagon. 😀)
If there weren't people who love to jump on that bandwagon, no one would ever use a new release. 😂

At the West Coast bank, where I used to work, the saying was: "Pioneers get shot full of arrows!"
Some people have valid reasons for wanting to deploy new technology a.s.a.p., for either compatibility purposes or taking advantage of one ore more new features. But when it comes to the annual macOS upgrades, it just seems like lot of people do it "because it's there" rather than due to any compelling reason to be the first to do it. 😉
In tech "Cutting edge" or "Bleeding edge" with exactly what that implies.
But in truth I am one of those people that tends to do it "because it is there".
