Auto enter transaction into register X days before due date not working.

I've asked about this previously and received a nonsensical answer. Since then, I've tried changing the number of days from 7 to 2 to 0 and nothing changes. The entry always appears 12 to 14 days before the due date.

I wasn’t able to reproduce the error on my end. However, I noticed that you previously reported the same issue, so I understand this has been occurring for several months.

To help us narrow down the cause, could you please confirm the following?

• Do you recall whether the issue started after a Quicken update a few months ago?
• Where is your file located? To check, please open Quicken and go to File. At the bottom of the menu, the file with the check mark next to it is the one currently open. Please let me know the full file path shown there.

• Does this happen only with manual bill reminders, or does it also occur with income and transfer reminders?
• Could you share a screenshot of the Reminder Settings window showing that Automatically enter the transactions in the register is selected?
