As I reported in the thread below, Cloud Sync Log is not updating again. This time it stopped when it reached 20MB.
Currently on Windows Quicken Classic Premier Version 268.31 Build 27.1.68.31. There is a new version ready for install.
The last line in this instance is
<!-- ***** RECV from https://services.quicken.com/accounts at 19:42:50 on 20260824 ***** -->
The first line is:
<!-- ***** SEND to http://throttle.quicken.com/mayi/sync at 16:27:20 on 20260626 ***** -->
So there have been no updates for 11 days and I reported a problem a few days ago which is probably useless and I have another to report (a StkSplit transaction in one of my Merrill Lynch accounts was bungled although it was clearly and correctly shown on the web site) but that would be pointless.
I intend to do the workaround recommended in my previous thread to get a good Cloud Sync Log. I expect the problem will recur in about 2 months when the new file reaches about 20MB with my usage of Quicken.
But this problem needs to be solved. Am I the only see this? You won't know unless you look at the Cloud Sync Log and verify that there is current data. This is a very, very serious problem since it impacts our ability to solve other problems. It should be the single highest priority problem that Quicken has to work on.
I have submitted a problem report. The question is, what can I do to help Quicken solve this problem? I do not intend to delete the current Cloud Sync Log file - just rename it.
Thanks
Jim
