Has QUICKEN stopped MORNING STAR?

In the past few days, the portfolio X-ray and STOCK intersection no longer produce any results.

The Portfolio X-Ray and Stock Intersection are working for me, but Vanguard ETFs are still showing as Not Classified. The AI analysis in the X-Ray looks more accurate than it has in the past.

When did you first notice this issue?
- Did the problem start immediately after a computer or program update?
Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive?
- Is it synced with any cloud service, such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Dropbox?
Is the lack of results happening only with certain accounts/selections?
Is it completely blank?
- If not, what do you see? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can drag and drop screenshots into your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

I go to investing/xray/intersection.

My results are 1-0 out of 0 total results????

It used to work except for ETFs, but now it doesn't even pick up my one mutual fund.

To answer all your other questions:

Everything is LOCAL. I update daily, including any Q updates, and I don't use any cloud, Dropbox, or OneDrive apps.

Thank you for your replies,

If you haven't done so already, please check the dropdowns at the top to ensure that the issue isn't being caused by the account or securities being filtered out. Once you finish checking the dropdowns, click the Refresh X-Ray button.

If the issue persists, it may be file-specific. I suggest you validate your data file. Please save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

Validate:

File
Validate and Repair File...
Validate File
Click OK
Close the Data Log
Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 seconds)
Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
