Fidelity Investment Transactions Downloading Incorrectly

Just an FYI. I've had an ongoing issue for over two months now. Quicken tech support is aware of the issue and is still unable to provide a fix or ETA for a resolution. Very frustrating. My ticket number is 12535839.

What used to take me 20 minutes to complete now takes 2 1/2 hours.

I've been a Quicken customer for over 25 years.
