Vanguard Download - Changed again...

Question

Instead of just getting the ReinvDiv transaction I'm receiving the transactions below.  If I accept everything I believe it balanced but a lot of unnecessary transactions (especially over time and more complex accounts).   Anyone else seeing this?  Something similar (not same) happened in Jan 2026.

To better understand what's happening, I have a few questions: See responses in Bold below

* Does this happen with every Reinvested Dividend (ReinvDiv) transaction or only with certain securities? All Bond and MM fund transactions.  I don't have any stock mutual fund transactions this month.
* Are the additional Cash transactions appearing only for dividends that are automatically reinvested? Yes, but I only have reinvested dividends.
* Do you see the same transaction breakdown when reviewing the activity directly on Vanguard's website? Only two transactions which is typical on the Vanguard side.

* Are these additional transactions appearing in multiple Vanguard accounts or just one? All accounts
* When you mentioned the similar issue in January 2026, was the previous behavior also related to dividend reinvestments, or was it a different type of transaction?  Yes - This issue was resolved afterwards.

Also, have you noticed whether the additional transactions are consistently downloaded since this latest change, or do they appear intermittently?
I download monthly.  This is the first occurrence.

Any additional details will help us better understand the behavior and determine whether this may be related to a change in Vanguard's transaction downloads.

CSV export only shows the two lines (not 3 as is showing in Quicken import.
