Budget credit card/loan payments/savings in Mac 2017?

Is there a way to budget transfers like credit card payments, loan payments, savings transfers? I've tried using categories but they cancel out each other in the budget since I can't filter out specific accounts. Budgeting with Quicken Mac has proven to be quite frustrating unfortunately.

Unfortunately not.
You can add your VOTE for the feature to Include or Exclude Transfers on Budgets, here:
