Voya 401(k) One Step Update No Longer Working

I am using Quicken 2016 Rental Property Manager Release R10 (25.1.10.1).  I have a Voya 401(k) through my company, Vencore.  Voya has recently changed its log in methodology, resulting in the Voya Login ID and PIN no longer working for One Step Update.  I have input the new username and password in the Login ID and PIN fields to no avail.  I have tried other variations using username@companyname,  Last4@companyname, etc., all to no avail.  Therefore, I request either new instructions for setting up Voya accounts, or I request a Quicken update that ensures that the One Step Update for Voya 401(k) accounts works with the new Voya account access methodology.

I too am experiencing this issue. I upgraded from Quicken 2015 to 2017 in an attempt to address the problem but no change. I removed and then re-added my Voya account and still no change. I then performed the steps you described above and still no change: Quicken responses with error OL-332-A "Your login information in Quicken is incorrect."

Wanted to report that I was having the same issue since VOYA updated their login process including our passwords and found the solution on another thread.   for some odd reason, had to do with capital letters.

used to able to login before as   username@Company  (only capital was first letter of company)

now for it to work, had to change the login to USERNAME@Company

    hope this helps someone.

Yes, I got it to work. I kept my same userid, but changed it to all caps. Then, in Quicken I updated my account name to all caps "USERID@HONEYWELL". That fixed it.

This did not work.  I suspect that while Voya is continuing to transition its online access the Quicken access will not work.

Problem solved!  The issue was that my username was vacated when I updated my security (and could only log in with my E-mail address).  I logged into Voya, went to User Preferences -> Username, and noticed the username was blank.  I typed in my username and password and hit enter, at which point the system stated that the username was updated and that I must log off.  I logged off and logged in with my username.  Then I went to Quicken and entered my username@companyname and password for Voya in the password vault, and I successfully ran the one-step update.  Yay!
