include/exclude specific securities in reports on mac 2018
It would be very, very helpful if you could add the include or exclude feature to specific security holdings, as in Quicken for Windows. Many users have a single brokerage account with multiple securities and mutual funds held in the one brokerage account. There is no way to run a report that chooses a single fund or stock with a brokerage account to see what it has paid in dividends, etc.
Thanks,
Tony

I agree this would be helpful.
Here's a partial workaround that may help you in the mean time...
In the register of the brokerage account...
1. Enter the security name in the search box.
2. Set the Date filter for the time period you are interested in.
3. Set the Type filter to Income.
4. Click the Type column header to sort by transaction type.
5. Then shift-click to select only the Dividend transactions.
Their total will appear at the upper right. Or you can print or export the register to see the total.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0 -
