Categories missing in mobile app

The categories are missing from every transaction in my mobile app. In fact it doesn't even have anything in the category list. A couple of my accounts have no transactions showing at all. On my desktop I deleted the accounts and re selected them, with the same result. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to no avail. The desktop still has my categories........what is going on...I want my categories back!

Sorry, to hear that your categories are missing from the mobile app.
To get the best possible answer, please include the year and version of Quicken that you are currently running.
In the meantime, I would try the steps outlined at https://www.quicken.com/support/troubleshooting-quicken-mobile-companion-app.
