My Hard disk crashed and I download from my quicken account the software and reinstall it on my new HD. After installing in the computer it asked for my quicken id and after I signed in it looped back to screen asking me to download the software again. Try to clean/uninstall quicken before reinstalling the software and I got the same result. Using Win 10 and the Quicken version is the latest version.
