How do I use the data synced to the cloud on two PCs

I've got Quicken working on on PC, and am Syncing the data to the cloud and can access it via the IOS app. I can't figure out how to use a second PC to access the data from the Windows version of Quicken?

To accomplish what it sounds like you're trying to do, you should save a data file backup to cloud storage (for example Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive) and exit Quicken on the first PC. Then, restore the data file backup from cloud storage in to a local folder on an internal drive on the second PC. Do not allow Quicken to access the data file in a folder maintained by the cloud service as this may result in a non-recoverable data file corruption.6

The data kept in the Quicken Cloud Account which is displayed via the Android or iOS apps can not be used by desktop Quicken to keep two computers in sync.The process as described by Sherlock is the only way to use the same data file on two computers.

Thanks you two. Appreciate it. Does Quicken have a feature request tool? Seems this should be a logical feature if you can already do it via mobile which is just a fancy word for Android or IOS, but not two Windows 10 machines.0

Short answer- Very Carefully.
Kidding aside, as the Web App continues to add capability, it increasingly becomes closer to what you are looking for. If it's just the ability to add transactions to Spending accounts, the Web App will already do that with multiple PC's. But the main data still resides on the desktop file and if it gets neglected for too long without syncing, you might regret it. A while back, a user who only used the mobile app for a year was surprised they could not use the mobile file to restore the desktop file.
