Can I remove the right pane saying I need to update?

I don't plan on updating in January when my subscription ends, don't use any online functions. All I use is an electronic check register. I was wondering if I can remove that large pane on the right side of register? The top one don't really bother me, just the one on the right. If I can't remove it, I will just load 2014 back on and start over with a fresh register using ending balances from the 2019 version. Or maybe go to another vendor?

The billboard is non-removable. Your only option, then is to go back to Q2014 or select another product.

Actually, the OP could go back to 2016 or 2017 if they can find a copy and not loss their data.

Good idea, but all I have is 2014 CD. I could borrow a 2016, but don't know if that is a valid thing to do and I like to follow policy. I know, I am old fashion.

BTW, if you disagree with this business decision, You can add your VOTE to Quicken Inc should eliminate or at least minimize the LARGE Advertising space used when a subscription expires.
