How To Get An IRA Distribution To Show The Amount In A Report?

I have a report that shows Retirement Distribution by account for 2019. For some reason a few distributions do not show the amount. Consider the two images of the entries for a distribution. Both are WithdwX. Yet the first one does not show the amount in the report.

How do I get it to show the amount?

    The 1/9 transaction image provided appears to be a transfer to an account with a tag which is not present in the 1/9 transaction in the report.  Please verify you're providing the transaction correct details.

    The tag in the 1/9 transaction is the same as the tag in the 5/29 transaction. See the two transfer images.

    BTW, I changed the transaction from WithdrawX to Cash and the amount and tag now shows up.
