why can't i move a transaction between accounts in quicken 2017 for Mac

A search reveals this feature is available for other releases, but apparently not this one. Why not? Seems like something one would want to be able to easily do.

  Moving transactions between accounts is a simple drag and drop action. Are you not able to do this?

  I'm pretty sure I tried this before and it didn't work for me. Maybe I was trying to do an illegal drag-and-drop that time.
