why can't i move a transaction between accounts in quicken 2017 for Mac

Moving transactions between accounts is a simple drag and drop action. Are you not able to do this?

I'm pretty sure I tried this before and it didn't work for me. Maybe I was trying to do an illegal drag-and-drop that time.2
