    Hi @AVVUDELL,

    A couple of questions:

Are you entering the dividends manually or are they downloaded from your financial institution?  Are you reinvesting your dividends?

Let me know and we'll see if we can figure out what's going on.

If the dividend is entered with a DivX action transaction, the cash has been transferred to another register.  This is normal behavior for investment accounts setup to be a single mutual fund account or investment accounts setup to show cash in a checking account.

Does not seem to make any difference, Does the same thing whether an IRA account when I am reinvesting dividends or a regular account when I want the dividends to be added to my cash balance in the brokerage account

So these are downloaded transactions - is it happening in one brokerage/financial institution, or more than one?
