Is there any way to generate a report like this -
but just sub-total the amount, without the "detail" lines ?
I just want to see the total DIV income generated by each stock

If you haven't already, you may want to consider a customized Investment Income report with Subtotal by: Security0

that's what is above - but still has the detail lines....
NBD - 4 print pages vs just 1

Here is the full screen - can't really collapse the detail lines - but NBD - 4 pages vs 1 -

It appears you drilled down to a transactions view of the report. Go back to where the title is Investment Income - Last year.ps56k said:Here is the full screen - can't really collapse the detail lines - but NBD - 4 pages vs 1 -

At the other views - it becomes a "horizontal sliding" report - with a page per security, which makes sense if you have multiple "attributes" you are tracking.
I saved the report for future reference, but can't really print it...
but again - have my other printed report. Thanks for the pointers...

If you prefer the table to run vertically, I suggest you export the report into a spreadsheet and transpose the cells.ps56k said:At the other views - it becomes a "horizontal sliding" report - with a page per security, which makes sense if you have multiple "attributes" you are tracking.

You can produce a report with the total income per security by adding the Income column to an Investing > Portfolio view and setting the As of date and the Options > Portfolio preferences starting date as needed.
This will not distinguish between interest and dividends however.QWin Premier subscription0
