Did Quicken subscription change the manual update process for security prices? (Q Mac)
Since I upgraded, I can't update those securities manually anymore. When I go to the update the securities the add tab is greyed out. I can input the prices, but i can't get them added to the price to the history. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
Thanks,

By "add tab", do you mean the "Add" button on the Price History screen of the Security Details window? The change made from QM17 to QM20 is the addition of an Opening Price field, which is now the first field after the date. See below:

QMac 2020:
The Closing Price field must be entered before the Add button becomes active. You may be tabbing once and entering the price in the first field after the date (opening price). But you must enter the closing price in order to save it. (All other fields can be empty.)Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s5 -
Meanwhile, you can add your VOTE to Add ability to manually update security quotes within the portfolio window.
First, click on the underlined link above to go there, then click the little grey triangle under the VOTE count at the top of page 1 in the blue banner, so your vote will count for THIS feature and increase its visibility to the developers by seeking to have the features you need or desire end up in the latest version (it may take a moment for your vote to register).
