I'm guessing you're just using the wrong numbers here: 5.14.3 is the current version, and a staged release of version 5.15.0 recently began.
When Quicken does staged releases, they allow a small number of people to receive the update and then pause to see if those users report any major problems that weren't discovered during beta testing. After a few days, they allow more people to receive the update, and if things are still good, they release it to everyone.
They apparently did the first staged release of 5.15.0 on Friday, and they're paused now until Monday, most likely. So if you downloaded the update to version 5.15.0 on Friday, and are now trying to download it on another computer, it is correctly telling you version 5.14.3 is the latest available.
If you have 5.15.0 on one computer and 5.14.3 on the other computer, the easiest thing to do is to wait a few days until you can update the 5.14.3 computer to 5.15.0. But if you can't wait, you have two options:
(1) Copy 5.15.0 from the computer which has it to the one which doesn't. On the computer with 5.15.0, quit Quicken, open your Applications folder and locate the Quicken application, click on it once and select Compress from the File menu. The resulting Quicken.zip file can be moved to the other computer, either with a flash drive or by file sharing between the computers. Once you have Quicken.zip on the computer with Quicken 5.14.3, double-click on the Quicken.zip file to decompress it, and drag it to the Application folder. It will tell you there's an older version of Quicken, and you should tell it to replace Quicken. Now you can launch Quicken, and it will be the 5.15.0 version running.
(2) Revert to version 5.14.3 on the computer which has 5.15.0 installed. You need to restore both the application and the data file you were using before the update. To file the old data file, in the Finder hold the Option key and select Library from the Go menu. Open the Application Support folder, and in that, open the Quicken folder. Now open the Backups > Automatic Backups folder and look for the file starting with "BACKUP (Pre-Update) -" that has a date of February 28 or 29. This is a copy of your data file in 5.14.3 format created as Quicken installed the update. To retrieve the 5.14.3 application, open your Trash, because when Quicken updated, it moved the version 5.14.3 app to your Trash. Pull it out of there and drag it to the Applications folder, replacing the newer 5.15.0 application. Finally drag the backup data file icon onto the Quicken icon, so that Quicken launched with the 5.14.3 data file. Once it's open, you'll want to use File > Rename in Quicken to change the name of your data file back to your normal name for your data file, so it's not "BACKUP (Pre-Update)…"Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935

Are you sure you have the version numbers right in your post? It sounds like you may have version 5.14.x that you are trying to update to 5.15.x. Is that possible? In Quicken, click menu Quicken > About Quicken to see the version number:
If that's the case, then you got caught in the staged release of 5.15. What happens is that they roll out a limited number of copies of the new version (5.15) then stop and wait a while to make sure there are no major glitches. That's why you can't get the 5.15 update right now on the 2nd computer. Version 5.15 makes changes to the structure of the Quicken data file that 5.14 can't read. That's why 5.14 won't open a file that's already been opened in 5.15. However, all is not lost...
1. On your first computer, find Quicken.app in the top level Applications folder. It should be version 5.15.
2. Right click on this file and choose Compress "Quicken.app". This will create a file named Quicken.app.zip.
3. Move this file to the top level Applications folder on the 2nd computer using a thumb drive, Dropbox, or any other means of moving the file.
4. On the 2nd computer, double click Quicken.app.zip to uncompress it. You will now have 5.15 on the 2nd computer and this will open the file you backed up on the first computer.
Alternatively, wait a few days until 5.15 is in general release.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s0
