Thank you for continuing to report this issue, although I apologize for any inconvenience or frustration experienced.
We have escalated this error to our service providers and are working to address the issue on two different fronts in an effort to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
The solution will require a code change which may take some time to complete. In the meantime, we are moving this conversation to the "Known Product Issues" category.

Longtime user of Quicken. Have latest version installed. Last week started getting error message when attempting to access Morningstar Portfolio X-Ray that I need to log out / back in again. Reported it to Quicken via chat help line. Told they are working on it.
Really disappointed that it is a week later and issue still not resolved.
With all that is going on in the market, I really need this tool back up and working ASAP!
We have been working closely with Morningstar and have identified the root cause of the issue. Our Teams are now actively working towards a resolution.
We will update this thread when we have an estimate resolution date and apologize again for any frustration and inconvenience experienced.
We have received confirmation that a resolution has been created and is tentatively anticipated to be released Wednesday, 4/1/2020.
