CC-503 error adding Comenity / Justice CC account

The Justice credit card recently moved from Capital One to Comenity. Despite my verifying I have the correct credentials, I keep getting a CC-503 error when trying to add the credit card to my list of accounts.

I have the latest version of Quicken installed on my Win10 device (R25.21).

If the invalid login errors persist, I would recommend contacting Quicken Support for assistance with additional troubleshooting steps and/or possible escalation to our service providers to resolve.

Step 1 + 2 were previously done (as mentioned when i said I verified the correct credentials). As this account had not been previously updated through Quicken, step 3 is N/A.
