Thank you! One more quick question? Can I keep Q 2017 program in case I hate the subscription platform? I may have to manually direct where to install Q 2020?

Yes, you can have multiple files, but they will all have to be registered against the same Quicken Id.

-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
    - Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11

Oh, I think one of my data files is registered on my work email & the others on my personal email. Is there a way to transfer the registration to the other ID?

When you install QW2020, it will automatically UN-install QW2017.
AND NOTE, that all ability to download from your banks/cards/brokerages/etc ends tonight.
Install QW2020 NOW, so that you still have connectivity tomorrow morning.

Ya, that's what I was afraid of. If I don't like 2020 then I would have to remove it & reinstall 2017 with my saved 2017 data files.

QW2017 and QW2020 use the exact same data file format.
SO, install QW2020, and if you don't like it you can keep using that same data file if/when you go back to QW2017.
