Quicken Subscription

I didnt know where else to post this, My time is so short when I have to go through all the tech issues to get a paid program working!...Ive been trying to find customer support chat but no one is there as well as phone...My quicken 2020 subscription was due yesterday, but I was trying to see how I can hold off on paying atm as money is tight. I havnt been able to download any transactions from chase Bank and I know there is difficulty doing so because of this virus but, If Im not using Quicken right now...why pay for the subscription? But I cant reach anyone for quicken to ask......

I would recommend that you give us a call and talk to one of our agents so you can choose what's best for you.  Mondays are generally our busiest day which would be why the wait time was very long.
