reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. Is this everytime you do an OSU? Do you know which Bank that this is happening with? If you do know we could try something here.
Lets see if we're able to deactivate and reactivate the account the account to be able to get it to reset. The articles are included on how to do so as well if you're unsure.
