My 401k balance with Massmutual is way lower in quicken than on Massmutual site - any help or idea are appreciated

You might start by clicking on Holdings in the account and comparing the securities, share counts, share prices, and cash balance if any to the website.
Also, go to Edit > Preferences > Investment Transactions and make sure "Show hidden transactions" is checked, so that you will be able to see any Placeholders in the account.QWin Premier subscription5

Thanks for your help - I did a bunch of entries to adjust the number of shares. It have been a while since I had looked. Hopefully it will stay up to speed from here.
