Hello @ James Wolfe
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
If you have not received any error messages on any of the accounts, I would make sure that the register is not filtered.
This is what the tabs of an unfiltered register should look like.
If that is not the issue, I would first check for alerts or known issues with your financial institution:
https://community.quicken.com/categories/alerts
If there is not an ongoing alert or issue, I would next reset the cloud to see if this either resumes downloads or returns an error message to be able to determine the next step.
To reset the cloud:- Go to Quicken > Preferences > Connected Services.
- In the Cloud Account section, click Reset.

Have you verified at your financial institution(s) that there are actual transactions that are not showing in the accounts?James Wolfe said:When I run update Account status says I downloaded transactions but they do not show in the accounts. this has been going on since May 28th
Please note that the Account status window may not reflect an actual number of transactions downloaded for accounts connected via Quicken Connect.Quicken Mac Subscription • macOS Sequoia 15.7 on MacBook Pro 13" M1
