reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I was taking a look at your order and also your account but noticed I couldn't find either. Did you purchase quicken through a third party company (Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, ect)? If so I recommend looking in your purchase history for an activation code. From there you'll want to download the program from the link that Sherlock has provided above. It'll take you through the steps of creating your new quicken account and also activating your quicken.
