Reconciling an Account (Q Mac)

For some reason when I went to reconcile an account, all my checks and deposits weren't there and I noticed that Quicken has changed my statement balance to 2019. There doesn't seem to be a way to change the statement balance date to 2020 even though everything else is for the year 2020. I reconciled last month without a problem. Random change of a date to a year ago. Does anyone know how to get back to 2020 so I can reconcile my account?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
In the reconcile screen-- to change the date back to 2020, first, click on the grey Back button (see below).
Then, in the Use Statement Balance box, change the Statement Ending Date field to the correct date (see below).

Thank you so much. I thought I had done that but apparently hadn’t and had just kept hitting the Done button expecting a different outcome. Lol. I think it was because the back button was gray and I thought I couldn’t use it. It was such a simple fix I’m embarrassed I didn’t come up with it myself. Thanks so much for your response and diagram. It was perfect!1
