having similar problem w/ First Citizens Bank, Direct Conn.
There appears to be a typo on !Q screen requiring you to CHANGE your bank password in Q before signing up for downloads. Q says BANK requires you to change password. Bank says not true. Then Q screen says new password can't be less than 4 characters. Or not more than 4 characters. Hmmm. Doesn't work. Bank requires more than 4!!1 -
Hello @pclough,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?- Help > About Quicken
If you haven't already, I suggest trying to connect First Citizens Bank, Direct Conn. via the Express Web Connect connection method instead. To do so, please follow the instructions below.- On the First Citizens Bank, Direct Conn.'s login screen, click Advanced Options on the bottom left next to the Cancel button
- Select Express Web Connect and click Next
- Sign in using the same login credentials you would use to sign in on their Online Banking website and click Connect
Let us know how it goes!-Quicken Anja
