Adjusting Stock Option Balance

I've started tracking some company stock options in Quicken. I was new to this so I was playing around with how to account for the transactions, and then found out you can't edit option exercise transactions. The instruction to delete and re-enter seemed fair enough, which I've followed a couple times now. My problem is now the option grant I attributed the transactions to has a negative balance. The delete transaction didn't return the available options back to the specified grant. I can't seem to find a transaction that represents that or anyway to adjust it. At this point, I'm not that far into the process, and can delete and restart, but I don't trust I'll never make a mistake again. Is there anyway to make an adjustment and fix this?

Thank you for reaching out on the community and telling us about your issue. I do apologize for the issue you're having. If you wouldn't mind could we get a couple of screenshots to help us see the entries with you. This will help us give a better idea what exactly to do.
You may need to drag the photos into the response box for it to be added.
