How do I get Quicken to go back to earlier date to pull transactions?
I have records up to 9/1/2020 ... then a gap before picking up records again in late December. The bank has no option for a manual download to Quicken. It appears Quicken sees the last download attempt as the cutoff for older records. Is there a reset in Quicken for the date to draw from? This donut hole only occurred with a single account. The other accounts at the same bank are up to date.
