I'm assuming I'm not the first to encounter this, but have not found a solution.
"The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again."

I have tried on all 3 of my Windows 10 PC's. This PC is version 1909, build 18363.1256.

https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe?email=[email removed]. Tried initially from the download folder, then moved the exe to a program folder.

I have run Restoro on all three PC's, followed all of the steps per: https://windowsreport.com/exe-files-not-opening-windows-10/, downloaded and attempted to run .exe multiple times, and successfully ran a .exe for another program. Not sure what is different about the Quicken .exe.

I've never seen the URL listed with that weird "optional" email address -

    QWin - R54.16 - Win10

Not certain where you are attempting to download the Quicken installation app, but there is only one source. quicken.com. You should log in to your account and navigate to the bottom of My Account. Assuming this is for a current subscription version.

GeoffG, I agree. I tried from the link provided in my subscription account and also from: https://download.quicken.com/windows/Quicken.exe. Same .exe, same problem.

    Things to consider
    1. If your Windows username has spaces in it, try an administrator account that doesn't have any.
    2. Sometimes creating and new administrator account and installing with it helps.
    3. Always copy the install program to a local disk and install from there.
    4. Clearing out your temporary folder and rebooting might help.
