My web connect download from pnc will not import.

My PNC credit card information will not import. I downloaded the QFX file and it acts like it is processing but nothing shows up in the register. I went into the QFX file and appended an"a" to the end of the <FITID>84351358515561220464332840016021a and resubmitted the file but still no joy. is there a limit on the number characters the FITID can be?

This is really frustrating.

    Could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?

    Also, do you always download transactions using .QFX, or do you normally use a different automatic downloads connection method?
